Terms of service
Plain-language terms for using Viarify. Please read them before you pay.

1. Who you are contracting with
Viarify is a trading name of "Velano" EOOD, UIC 208601414, a Single-Member Limited Liability Company registered in Bulgaria, with registered office at 2 Lyuben Karavelov Street, Duvanlii 4174, Kaloyanovo Municipality, Plovdiv Region, Bulgaria. Email: support@viarify.com.
2. We are independent of the U.S. government
Viarify is an independent, privately owned service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. government, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or the Department of Homeland Security. You can apply directly on the official ESTA website for the government fee alone.
3. What our service is
You pay us to prepare, check and submit your ESTA application. In practice that means: we collect your details, verify your passport and identity through our verification provider, review your answers for errors and inconsistencies, and then a member of our team submits the ESTA application as a third-party assistance provider and provides application-status communications. Filing is carried out manually by our staff after your payment clears — there is no automated connection between this website and any government system.
4. What we charge
The total price shown before payment includes both our service fee and the official U.S. government charge of $40.27 ($10.27 application fee + $30 authorisation fee if approved). You may apply directly on the official ESTA website and pay only the government charge.
5. What we cannot promise
Only U.S. authorities decide whether to grant travel authorisation. We cannot guarantee approval, a particular decision time, or entry to the United States — border officers make the final admission decision at the port of entry. We commit to filing your application within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment and complete information.
6. Your responsibilities
You must give accurate, truthful and complete information, and you confirm you are authorised to submit the details of anyone you apply for. Errors caused by information you supplied incorrectly are not our responsibility, though we will help you correct them wherever we can.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these Terms. If applicable consumer law gives you a 14-day cancellation period, you may ask us to begin providing the service during that period. We will only begin early performance where you have expressly requested it. If you cancel during an applicable cancellation period after work has begun but before the service has been fully performed, we may deduct a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already provided and any non-recoverable official fees already paid on your behalf, where permitted by applicable law. If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period following your express request and your acknowledgement that the cancellation right will be lost on full performance, your statutory cancellation right may end at that point. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and death or personal injury caused by negligence. Viarify does not control decisions made by U.S. authorities and cannot guarantee ESTA approval, processing time or admission to the United States. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viarify is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, decisions of government authorities, or events outside Viarify's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. However, if you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings before a competent court under applicable consumer law.
