About Viarify
We are a small UK team that removes the anxiety from one specific piece of admin: getting a US travel authorisation right, first time.
What we actually do
You give us your passport details — by photographing the page or typing them in. We verify the document is genuine and belongs to you, review every field for the errors that cause refusals (transposed passport numbers, wrong issuing country, mismatched dates), and then file the application with U.S. authorities on your behalf. A person looks at each application before it goes.
What we are not
Viarify is an independent, privately owned service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. government, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, or the Department of Homeland Security. You can apply directly on the official ESTA website for the government fee alone.
How we handle your data
Passport images and selfies go into encrypted private storage. Identity verification is carried out by Didit, a specialist provider. We keep records only as long as we need them and we never sell data. Our privacy notice explains this in full, including your UK GDPR rights.
